The objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of buyer/seller relationship commitment on business performance and also with the impact of factors essential for relationship commitment. Regression test is applied on the various stages of this research to analyze the data from the respondents of Structured Questionnaire. The research based on two models that are interconnected to each other. The results of test shows that commitment and satisfaction has positive influence on relationship commitment and comparison level between alternatives has negative influence on Relationship commitment. But the Relationship commitment is not significant and incomplete to measure the business performance. The results of our research help us in to understand the essentials for relationship commitment among two business entities buyer/seller and its effect on business performance. That can be used in the different industries to analyze the effects and to improve the connections between two business entities.
